Sofigate is growing fast and we are now seeking for a highly motivated sales leader who will develop and drive our Transformation sales efforts in Denmark, changing the way we approach the market and are recognized by customers. You are a passionate problem solver and highly motivated to learn and spar together with customers and use your professionalism to find fit-for-purpose solutions creating true business value for the customer. You are motivated by defining the path forward and by finding new opportunities.

Your ability to convince customers and stakeholders will consist of both rational and emotional aspects addressing customer’s needs and doubts. You possess a deep curiosity for technology and AI and you already use AI actively in your work.

  • Relationship Builder: Your C-level networking skills and ability to foster genuine customer relationships set you apart. You communicate fluently in Danish and in English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and inspire exceptional customer relationships
  • Lead Transformations sales
  • Drive growth for selected customers in size and scope
  • Transformations business stream revenue targets
  • Find the most impactful ways for marketing to support the sales.
  • Contribute insights to the development of our service offerings.
