We are looking for skilled and motivated consultants with expertise in Dynatrace. Sofigate, has established a strategic partnership with Dynatrace during 2024 and we are now looking into strengthen our team in Hungary with Modern Observability experts. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing, managing, and optimizing this platform for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Dynatrace solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on Dynatrace best practices, configurations, and integrations.
- Monitor and optimize platform performance, ensuring seamless operation for clients.
- Support end-users with troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement requests.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Dynatrace platforms, with certifications
- ServiceNow experience is nice to have, but it’s essential for the role. We’re happy to teach you.
- Strong technical background in IT service management and performance monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
