Sofigate is growing fast and we’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow solution consultant to join our Platforms business stream. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset and passion for how technology and business are changing the world.

In the Platforms business stream, we partner with our customers to discover innovative solutions that enhance their business outcomes. Collaborate with some of the largest enterprises in the Nordics on their ServiceNow journey. Time to value is crucial for both our customers and us! Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a dynamic ServiceNow expert who excels in deciphering client business goals and effortlessly translates them into precise technical requirements. Your expertise spans Agile frameworks, DevOps models, and a proven track record with POC approaches. Beyond that, you bring valuable experience seamlessly navigating both traditional waterfall methods and cutting-edge methodologies.

Join us in shaping the future of ServiceNow development with a team that values your unique blend of technical prowess and a forward-thinking mindset.

What we expect:

  • You have at least five years of experience in ServiceNow
  • You possess strong communication and technical skills, and you can lead workshops and gather customer requirements effectively
  • You excel in developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, providing guidance and advise to both customers and team members
  • You mentor the team by consistently supporting your colleagues, demonstrating best practices, and guiding them on how to innovate within ServiceNow
  • You are passionate about technology and the innovative solutions it can bring to organizations. You are fluent in English, and knowing Swedish
    is a nice bonus.
  • Expertise with HR and/or IRM, as well as relevant certifications are a plus
