You are a passionate problem solver and highly motivated to learn and spar together with customers and use your professionalism to find fit-for-purpose solutions, creating true business value for the customer.
Your ability to convince the stakeholders will consist of both rational and emotional aspects addressing the customer’s needs and doubts. You possess a deep curiosity for technology and AI and you already use AI actively in your work.
You lead by example and coach customer executives to perform at their best. You also lead our highly talented people at your named customers and inspire them with customers’ mission and objectives.
Experience from license sales—preferably within the ServiceNow and or Dynatrace ecosystem—is considered a strong advantage, as it enables you to drive end-to-end value from both platform and consulting perspectives.

- Relationship Builder: Your C-level networking skills and ability to foster genuine customer relationships set you apart.
- Sales Leader: With approximately 10 years of sales experience and a few years in sales leadership or high motivation to grow into it
- Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow and or Dynatrace, including cloud modernization, application transformation, and license models.
- Fluent in Swedish and English both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic accounts and drive +20% annual growth with focus on clients in Sweden
- Foster strong working relationships with Sofigate Account Management Teams our Consultants, and partner sales teams to ensure effective engagement and support.
- Engage in opportunity qualification, risk assessment, and develop a winning value proposition aligned with client needs, leading in processes such as EOI, RFI, and RFP.
- Ensure the happiness and engagement of Sofigator colleagues at your named accounts
- Build and inspire exceptional customer relationships
- Contribute insights to the development of our service offerings.
