Who are we looking for?

You will be responsible for managing Business Technology services as a Service Manager, running and developing these services, and developing Service Management capabilities for our customers. In your assignments, you will generally be engaged directly within our customer organizations, taking on these roles.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have the following skills:

  • Service Management expertise in infrastructure, networks and/or security: You are well-versed in the technical aspects and challenges related to infrastructure (capacity, end-user services) or networks or security. You are not a hands-on specialist, but you have a strong grasp of the subject matter.
  • Service Management and related practices: You have a proven experience as a Service Manager. You are familiar with project management, Agile/DevOps and organizational change management methodologies and tools. You can apply them to enhance the quality and efficiency of the services you manage.
  • Service Integration and Management (SIAM): You have experience in designing, developing, and managing core SIAM processes in an operational environment relating to the above-mentioned services. You know how to coordinate and collaborate with multiple vendors, aligning their activities and deliverables with the service requirements and expectations. You have knowledge in ITIL, process automation and data analytics and how to use them to optimize the service performance and value.

Fluency in both Finnish and English is essential for effective communication with IT and business organizations. You also have a proven track record in leading projects, suppliers, and development initiatives in these domains.
